Handmade by skilled artisans from the village of Olinala, Guerrero, this carved lacquer tray with handles is a true masterpiece. Crafted from aromatic linage wood, it is hand-painted using natural materials such as chia oil, tecoxtle, quartz, limestone, cotton fiber, and naturally derived pigments. The figures are then carved using traditional maguey thorns, agates, and jade. Each tray is a piece of pre-Hispanic art that represents the indigenous heritage of Mexico.
