Online Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please email support@viacoquina.com to initiate the process.

• Return Window: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Item Condition: Returns must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
• Final Sale Items: Discounted items, food products, and apothecary items cannot be returned.
• Fine Jewelry & Watches: Can be returned for store credit only within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition, with all tags attached and paperwork and packaging included. Discounted jewelry and watches cannot be returned.
• Refunds & Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and all returns are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
• International Orders: We do not accept returns for international online purchases.
