Alan Halliday
Alan Halliday (b. 1952) is a distinguished British artist whose work has been exhibited internationally for more than forty years. Educated at the Courtauld Institute of Art and Oxford University, Halliday is celebrated for his expressive use of color and fluid, calligraphic brushwork.
His paintings are held in major public collections, including the Victoria & Albert Museum and the Museum of London, as well as private collections around the world.
Now living in France's Loire Valley, he continues to paint landscapes, interiors, and figurative works inspired by a lifetime of travel and observation.
