Madeline Weinrib
Renowned for her distinctive blend of timeless craftsmanship and contemporary design, Madeline Weinrib has redefined the language of textiles and rugs through her masterful use of pattern, color, and scale. Guided by a deep respect for traditional techniques and the artistry of the handmade, Weinrib built an influential body of work celebrated for its authenticity and painterly sensibility. Following the closure of her acclaimed textiles business in 2018, she continued to expand her creative legacy through notable collaborations with Cristina Grajales Gallery and Emma Scully Gallery, while serving as Creative Director of The Heirloom Project in partnership with leading cultural institutions including The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston. Her work and collaborations with museums, galleries, and arts organizations around the world underscore her enduring impact on contemporary design and craftsmanship.
